About Me

About Me

Although I am a qualified Solicitor, I have chosen to use the title ‘Advocate’ when representing parents/carers; this enables me to provide my services to parents/carers at a reduced cost  I firmly believe that parents/carers should be able to access expert advice without it costing them a fortune.

This allows me to operate in an independent and objective manner, providing you with my expert opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of your case, along with providing you with a realistic way forward.

I am adept at negotiating with Local Authority’s to get the best provision for your child.  Therefore, most of my cases are resolved without the need to attend Tribunal hearings.

I am a freelance Advocate with considerable experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and its associated practice.

Should I take on your case, you can be assured you will receive my commitment to get the best outcome possible for you and your child.

I also work alongside other independent professionals who are experts in this field, such as Psychologists, Therapists (SLTs/OTs/EPs), Social Workers and Counsellors.

At SEN Rights my aim is to provide the best supportive service to you; so you can get back to being parents, without so much stress, and start enjoying life again.
